Lakme Absolute Kohl Ultimate Kajal- Prussian Blue

My love for makeup started with eye makeup only some years ago. Earlier I was just a Kajal person but slowly I started exploring different different makeup items. I remember back in 2009 when I was doing my MBA and spending Rs 300-400/- on a colored Kajal was a big deal I dared and purchased a Chambor Kajal. I don’t remember the price I don’t remember the shade name also (perhaps it was peacock blue color). It was a deep deep blue. The same colour is now not available. It was such a pretty color I always wanted to stock so many of them. But what I always got was dark blue not that blue.

So recently when I came across this shade I fell in love with it. It’s not 💯% like that but somehow same. Infact formula is much better. So without giving a second thought I purchased it. And man I love it so so so much. Couldn’t have asked for something better. It glides on my lid like butter. It’s so soft I don’t even feel it. It’s intensely pigmented. You can even make smoky look with it as it comes with a smudger. Well I don’t like that at all. Never worked for me. I am so much in love with it may be I will go ahead with some more shades in same range.

Price- Rs 850/-

Formula is creamy when applied and settle as matte. It’s long lasting and stay well for all day. It’s a beautiful dark blue color. It’s like black based blue color which will look good on every skin tone. This color can be a color which one can use instead of black for day to day use without going ott.

I generally avoid using coloured Kohl on my waterline. But for review purpose I did and it didn’t hurt my eyes and didn’t made it watery either. It was soft and also stayed good without smudging.

Price is only con I find it’s priced at Rs 850/- which I find little high though if you purchase it in sale time you might get 10-30% discount.

I will highly recommend it.
