This healthy salad is my favourite these days. It’s simple to make/assemble and is without any oil and if you want without any sugar too
🥗Soaked and boiled chana is roasted in pan so that water gets evaporated completely
🥗 In a bowl mix chana+ whisked curd+ chopped onion, Tomato, potato..you can add carrots, cucumbers etc etc+ roasted jeera powder (chat masala can be used)+ if you want it to be more tangy add a spoon of tamarind extract (I add a bit of jaggery for mild sweetness)+ green chillies and coriander leaves+ salt
This is very tasty and at same time very healthy too
I made the recipe as per my preference and choices, the measurement may be more or less for you. Though I will always try to mention this point.
